Teaching Focus

With rich hands-on mural experience, the teaching focuses on mineral-color coordination and brush control. Students build a solid brush foundation, fix shaky lines and stiff strokes, and learn the principles of blending mineral pigments to create richly textured rock-color works. To date more than 200 students have been taught, many of whom went on to launch their own art careers.
