PROCESS

Full Service Workflow

  1. Brief: submit the form with scene, subject, size, budget and other basics.
  2. Design: we share direction, mockups and a complete quote.
  3. Confirm: both sides confirm plan, schedule and details; sign a project agreement.
  4. Production: deposit paid; painters start work / site prep begins.
  5. Delivery: mud-board pieces shipped; on-site murals delivered and accepted; balance settled.

Custom Notes

  • Deposit: a project deposit secures the schedule, raw materials and design effort; client-cancelled projects forfeit the deposit.
  • Pricing factors: size, subject complexity, craft (raised paste, gilding, etc.), on-site work and timeline all affect the final price—no fixed list price.
  • Timeline: small mud-board pieces and large on-site murals differ widely; an exact timeline is given at the design stage.
  • Revisions: reasonable revisions are allowed at design stage; major composition changes after sign-off incur extra cost.
  • After-sales: mud-board pieces should avoid direct sun, humidity and oil fumes; on-site murals carry contractual warranty (excluding human damage).
